Kettlebell halo
Difficulty Mobility
How to perform it
Grip a light kettlebell with both hands by the sides of the handle and slowly circle it around your head. Keep the head still, ribs pulled down and don't arch the lower back. The movement works the shoulders, traps and arms; the abs stabilize the torso. It serves as a warm-up and controlled shoulder movement, not for heavy pressing. One rep is one full circle; alternate directions, and the prescribed count is the total for both directions. In the app you confirm completion without logging a weight.
