Romanian deadlift
Difficulty Hinges and pulls
How to perform it
Hip hinge variation, knees slightly bent, bar sliding down along the legs. Targets the hamstrings and glutes far more than the conventional deadlift. Differs from the barbell deadlift by never touching the floor (the rep starts from the hang) and by minimal quad involvement.
