Straight-arm pulldown
Difficulty Isolation movements
How to perform it
Lat isolation on a cable: in a slight forward lean, pull the bar or rope in an arc down to your thighs with nearly straight arms. Unlike the lat pulldown your elbows stay extended, so the biceps don't help.
