Swiss ball crunch
Difficulty Core stability
How to perform it
Lie back on a Swiss ball, feet planted firmly on the floor, and lift your chest toward the pelvis under control. Targets the rectus abdominis, with the obliques and deep abs helping keep you stable. Compared to a crunch on the floor, the ball allows a greater range of motion.
