Wall ball shots

Difficulty Endurance

How to perform it

From a squat (quads, glutes) throw a medicine ball at a target on the wall with your shoulders, the core stabilizing the whole movement. Combines strength and cardio in one – unlike a regular squat it adds an explosive throw and gets your breathing going.
