Incline dumbbell press
Difficulty Horizontal presses
How to perform it
Dumbbell press on an incline bench (~30-45°). Targets the upper chest and front delts more than the flat bench press. Differs from the bench press by the angle – the incline increases involvement of the delts and the clavicular part of the chest.
