Kettlebell floor press
Difficulty Horizontal presses
How to perform it
Single-arm kettlebell press lying on the floor. Hold the kettlebell with both hands as you roll onto your back, brace the torso and press it up over the chest. Lower under control until the upper arm lightly touches the floor. Targets the chest, front delt and triceps; the abs resist torso rotation. Unlike the bench press you don't need a bench, and the floor limits the depth of the movement. Reps and weight are per side.
