Kettlebell curl

Difficulty Isolation movements

How to perform it

Biceps curl with a kettlebell held by the handle. Targets the biceps brachii, with weaker front delt involvement. Differs from the dumbbell curl by the offset load (the bell hangs below the hand) – more stabilization work, slightly less direct biceps loading.
