Resistance band row
Difficulty Horizontal pulls
How to perform it
Stand facing a solid anchor point with a long resistance band fixed at roughly chest height. Pull both ends toward your torso, drive the elbows back and squeeze the shoulder blades together at the end. Targets the lats and mid back, with the biceps and rear delts assisting. Compared to the seated cable row, the band offers rising resistance and you get by with light, portable equipment.
